Prize Draw Rules

Prizes are subject to availability. Winners are responsible for their own travel costs and food/drink unless otherwise stated. There is no cash alternative and no purchase necessary. The prize provider reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation and dates / alternative dates for events, if there is no suitable availability. Visit North Norfolk reserves the right to extend the prize draw period in the event of any unforseen circumstances. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prize draw is open to persons 18 years and older and UK residents. The prize is not transferable without the prior agreement of the prize provider. This prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

A winner/s will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The winner will be required to claim their prize within five days, otherwise the prize will be re-drawn and offered to the next entrant selected at random. The prize draw closes as stated at point of entry. The winner/s will be notified on or after this date by email to the address provided. The prize winner's/winners’ email address/es will be sent to the prize provider to enable the organisers to contact the winner to claim the prize.

Employees and families of Visit North Norfolk and the prize provider are excluded from entering the prize draw. Acceptance of the prize authorises the prize and prize draw providers to publish the name, photo, county and country of the winner. The winner may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity related to this promotion.

Data rights and usage: If entrants opt in to receive more information from the prize draw organiser (Visit North Norfolk), entrants' details will be collected, stored and transferred in accordance with their privacy policy, and used for contacting recipients by email only. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time and information will not be passed on to third parties.

If entrants opt in to receive more information from the prize provider, entrants' details will be collected and transferred in accordance with Visit North Norfolk's privacy policy and stored and used in accordance with the prize provider’s privacy policy which can be seen at point of entering the prize draw.
