SEA LIFE Hunstanton offers a real underwater adventure with a state of the art marine aquarium taking visitors on a memorable undersea odyssey filled with amazing close encounters with sea creatures of astonishing variety. Home to over 2,000 creatures, from tiny shrimps to Amazonian Piranhas and jaw-some sharks! Highlights include an incredible otter enclosure, penguins and a whole host of other incredible marine creatures.
Don't miss the dedicated seal rescue hospital where the centre rescues, rehabilitates and releases seals to the wild - more than 40 orphaned or sickly Grey & Common seal pups are helped every year. Other highlights include the otterly adorable family of Asian Short Clawed Otters and a whole host of spectacular marine creatures. Get a fantastic and closer look of the sharks and Green Sea Turtle via the underwater walk through tunnel. Get up close to the charming colony of Humboldt Penguins. Learn how to waddle with the colony and look up for the Inca terns – ‘the birds with magnificent moustaches’- as they fly and dive above your head.
