Great for families, with large garden
Less than 3 miles from beautiful beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea & Holkham. This family-friendly, pet-free cottage

About

We have put a hold on bookings whilst we cost out the program of works needed to comply with the NEW FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS which came into force for ALL self-catering cottages across the UK from 1st October 2023.

A period flint 3-bedroom cottage, less than 3 miles from the bustling harbour town of Wells-next-the-Sea in village location. Offering a spacious garden, off-street parking & EVCP. The Warham Horseshoes, just a short walk from the cottage, serves delicious food year-round.

- Detached traditional brick & flint cottage.
Three bedrooms (one king, one double, one twin).
- Off road parking & EV Charging Point.
- Perfect for couples or families.
- 100 yards from the popular Warham Horseshoes.
- Well-equipped, newly refurbished gallery kitchen.
Two living rooms & separate dining room.
Large enclosed garden with new patio area & ample garden furniture.

All the bedrooms are fully furnished with bedding and towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to make catering for your holiday easy & stress free. The two living rooms have Smart LCD TVs with FreeSat as well as Blu-ray players. Chapel Cottage benefits from central heating, as well as a log burner for the colder months.

Notes: As with older character cottages, Chapel Cottage has traditional Norfolk Winder stairs which are enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. They are uncarpeted, currently without a hand rail. There are many changes in floor level between rooms and out into the garden. The stairs leading to the master bedroom may not be suitable for older guests, younger children or those with limited mobility. Chapel Cottage does benefits from a second staircase which leads to the double bedroom & is more modern in design. We recommend a maximum of four adults due to the bedroom layout.
