Cosy Cottage

About

Cosy Cottage is a traditional flint cottage tucked away in the much-loved sea-side town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Originally two smaller cottages it has been tastefully converted into a larger property with all the modern conveniences and comfort one would look for in a relaxing stay. The cottage is set back from the road along a quiet loke, just a short walk from the centre of town and harbour. This gorgeous cottage offers spacious accommodation for 2-4 guests and has the added bonus of an airy, bright conservatory in which to enjoy a coffee and read the morning paper. Cosy Cottage is in a wonderful location in which to enjoy a restful holiday in this popular seaside town, with its working harbour, stunning beach, and pine woods.

This dog friendly cottage is much loved by the owners, and this is reflected in its interior. With its sumptuous sofas, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds yet still retaining some of its original charm, with beamed ceilings and decorative Holkham fireplace. On the first floor is a particularly spacious double bedroom with a Jack and Jill loo shared with the bright twin bedroom, both with original Victorian fireplaces.

The large patio area faces the morning sun and depending on the time of year, guests can enjoy an alfresco breakfast in the sunshine, or choose the conservatory to appreciate the garden in the cooler months.

The centre of the town, with great shops, galleries, cinema and cultural centre, is a short walk from the door. Cosy Cottage is the ideal base from which to enjoy a break at any time of year, with beautiful beaches, wonderful walks, and fabulous dining, all within easy reach. The Coasthopper bus stop is a short walk from the cottage, so you can explore the coast without using the car too.

Shop/pub are within easy walking distance.
