About
Cromer already had an annual week-long fair by 1285! By early in the 1800s this had become a pleasure fair held largely on the sea on Whit Monday and Tuesday.
Cromer Carnival has existed in it's current form for over 50 years now, it is the biggest event of the year in Cromer, with a programme of events and activities for all the family.
There will be the traditional parade on the Wednesday evening (21st), a week long funfair, exciting shows and displays in the arena, supported by the usual range of stalls and food outlets
There will also be two weeks of free children's activities running up to carnival week, so keep an eye out for the full programme of events, available in the Visitor Centre from late July
