About
The name Dilham means ‘Dill homestead/village’ or ‘hemmed-in land where dill grows’. There are meandering walks around Dilham, Honing and East Ruston, including part of the Weavers' Way, a long distance footpath running from Cromer on the north Norfolk coast to Great Yarmouth on the east coast. The tiny, North Walsham and Dilham canal also runs close by and there is canoe hire centre at Wayford Bridge.
