About

The Holt Owl Trail is designed to take you on a tour of the historic Georgian town of Holt. 

Simply follow the direction of the Owl depicted on each plaque to complete a circular walk around the town centre which takes about 45 minutes to complete and is suitable for all age groups.

A very comprehensive and colourful 32-page FREE Guide can be found in shops along the trail route which assists in describing points of interest which would normally pass unnoticed and there are additional amusing anecdotes relating to stories and legends associated with the town … including the legend of the Holt Owl.

There’s also a very informative website which can be easily accessed from mobile devices.
