About
At Tunstead Cottages we have two spacious single storey converted farm buildings, set in a quiet old farm courtyard. Both are available as self catering holiday units and provide comfortable dog friendly accommodation. Bring up to two of your canine friends (please see our pet policy at our website)
The Stables is the larger of our cottages, it sleeps 6 with one king bedroom and en-suite shower room. Another king bedroom and one twin (with zip link mattresses to convert to a super king) share a family bathroom with shower. There is room for a cot in all of the bedrooms. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in our light and airy bedrooms. Towels and bedding are provided, no feather duvets or pillows are used.
Hot water and heating is electric.
The central lounge area is spacious with lots of the original features from the stables. Wi -fi and smart TV included too. The open plan kitchen and dining area provides all you will need for a relaxed self-catering break.
Outside is a private wicker fenced patio area with BBQ and a rotary dryer. Garden furniture is provided. Parking for the Stables is available for two cars, in the farm courtyard area. Guests have access to our games room, and also the indoor pool, with does need to be booked. The Stables and Granary can be booked together for larger groups of up to 11, plus cots. Perfect for family or friends who still want a little privacy!
The Granary sleeps five, is next to the Stables and also has a private wicker fenced patio, furnished for al fresco meals, or just to unwind after a day messing about on boats.
French doors lead off the patio into the open plan living area. This includes a comfy sofa area with smart TV, Wi-fi also included. The bright dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
Off this open plan living space is the 3 bedrooms. One with super king-sized bed or 2 singles, one double room and small double. All bedding and towels are provided. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
