About

Our glorious Hall, attractions and surroundings make for a memorable day out.

Be amazed by Holkham's 18th-century Hall and magnificent State Rooms, admire the plants and blooms in the Walled Garden, delve into four centuries of history and discover our past and future in the Holkham Stories Experience.

And if you're looking to explore the great outdoors, bring or hire a bicycle, set off on foot, clip your harness on and traverse the treetops, row in the lake or climb aboard the tractor trailer!

Our exciting programme of events includes intimate tours, school holiday fun, seasonal markets full of local wares, art classes and wildlife walks. In the summer, you can tuck into street food at Feast in the Park, sit back and enjoy outdoor cinema and theatre or take part in sports activities and events.

Come Christmastime, Holkham is transformed into a magical setting where you can visit the dazzling State Rooms lit by candlelight and spend time with Father Christmas too.
