Eric’s Pizza in Holt has a modern, sharp yet relaxed layout. Designed by head chef Fred Bambridge, the walls have been renovated in walnut, with bright decorative art and an all-important open kitchen. You can watch your pizza baked in the bespoke bushman clay oven, as you sit and sip something tasty.
Eric’s pizza dough is made from a local 00 flour, fermented slowly over 48 hours and hand stretched. This is crisp, rustic and authentic Italian pizza, which is topped with the finest San Marzano tomatoes and British Mozzarella from UK dairy herds. The tantalising toppings include home made elements e.g. N’duja or spiced honey. Each unique topping is designed with careful consideration of flavour combinations and seasonal availability.
Start with a few plates from the extensive anti-pasti range and save a little room for some pudding – there are often specials on the menu such as Tiramisu, whipped chocolate mousse, baked pistachio cheesecake.
